TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE

PRODUCTS
All products on the site are subject to copyright and must not be offered for resale. We reserve the right to make changes to the availability and price of products from time to time, without prior notice but the price and description of products when you order will be that quoted on the website. Products are produced to order and may therefore take longer to process than mass produced items on other websites. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience and will do our best to get your order to you within 10 – 14 days.

PRICING, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
The prices quoted on the website at the time of ordering do not include postage and packaging which will be added to the total at the end of your order. The price of postage will vary according to size, weight and the country of delivery. Orders above a certain amount will be free of postage and packaging charges.
We will do our best to despatch and deliver your order in as narrow a timescale as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in a specified time. The aim is to get your order to you in 10 – 14 days at the most. As the products offered are made to order we may sometimes take longer than we would wish to get them to you. We cannot be held responsible for goods which are delivered to an inaccurate address, or are held up due to circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will refund returned goods via the method you paid for them providing the following guidelines are followed:
1. You return the goods to us with the receipt within 14 days.
2. The goods are returned in their original packaging.
3. The goods are not damaged.
4. You inform us that you are returning the goods before you send them back.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of postage and packaging.

PRIVACY POLICY
Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing your order. Your details will not be retained or passed on to a third party. If you would like to be on our mailing list to receive news of future exhibitions or trade stands, please send an email to us with your request and we will keep you up to date. No data will ever be given to a third party.
